1-on-1 Private Training
Private training is perfect for you if you want individualized attention and if your schedule is busy. We offer 3-5 training sessions per week, and each session is an hour long designed to deliver results. Starting with a complimentary consultation to go over your goals with your trainer, weight in, over viewing of your current nutrition, and then setting your time and dates to begin your journey. Bi-weekly weight in, body fat measurement and progress photos (optional) will be included with this service to help track your progress closely. Daily accountability with your trainer via phone, email, text message regarding nutrition, workouts, personal lifestyle needs. Your private session includes a meal plan and supplementation recommendation to help accelerate your progress. Sessions can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24-hour notice. Private sessions must be prepaid and most all paid sessions must be used within one month.

Semi-Private Training (2-4 individuals)
Semi-Private training is a great way to save money for you and your friends, and still get most of the perks offered when training privately with a personal trainer. We offer 3-5 training sessions per week, and each session is an hour long designed to torch fat and build firm and lean muscles. Starting with a complimentary consultation to go over each individuals goals with your trainer, over viewing of your current nutrition, and then setting your time and dates to begin your journey. Bi-weekly weight in, body fat measurement and progress photos (optional) will be included with this service to help track each individuals progress closely. Daily accountability with your trainer via phone, email, text message regarding nutrition, workouts, personal lifestyle needs.
